How long does the process take from the time I upload my resume?

This answer depends on the client needs at the moment.

When you upload your resume it will get reviewed by a member of HR. If you meet the qualifications and Nuconnections is seeking agents for accounts they will reach out depending on client needs and your internal rankings.

What are the computer requirements?

The minimum requirements for a computer is an Intel i3 processor/8 GB RAM/ Windows 10.  We recommend an Intel i5/ 16 GB RAM/ Windows 10 or any specs exceeding.

Are the positions work from home?

Some of the positions that are being offered are remote, in the applicable areas, depending on the client needs. There are positions that are also in office.

Do you guys offer part time positions?

No, the positions we offer are full-time. If you have other employment, go to school, or require any other commitment then you will be ineligible.

How often do you guys have open positions?

On peak seasons we usually hire 3-5 agents a month. On average we hire 1-2 agents per month.

Are most of the positions customer service?

Most clients we work with offer customer service positions, there are a few sales contracts and fewer data entry ones.

Will you be talking on the phone most of the time?

All of the positions we currently offer requires phone support. Some require email support as well

They're all inbounding, with few outrounding( if you have to follow up on a case or call back the customer)

Nuconnections pay periods are the 15th and 30th of each month.

Are you allowed to relocate while working?

Yes our representatives are allowed to relocate, if the area is within the applicable zones.

As long as we get a heads up and communication is transparent.

Training is done online usually through zoom, google meet, teams or another video conferencing platform.

Typically training ranges from 3-5 weeks.

The current training rate is $450 JMD an hour.

After training the pay rate usually increases.
